Gunton Lodge is a three/four bedroom bungalow with large lounge, fully fitted kitchen, dining room, utility room, family bathroom with shower cubicle and en-suit to the main bedroom. The bungalow is fully "Anglian" double glazed, with Pilkington "K" glass. All external doors are also double glazed and fitted with security dead locks. Heat is provided by the oil fired "heat slave" boiler, giving constant hot water. All radiators are controlled by individual thermostats. The bungalow is set in grounds of approximately half an acre.
